In order to reset your password, you must first complete the information below. Please enter your Login ID (combination of your company code + your 6-digit file number which can be found on the top left-hand corner of your paystub), date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.

Once you have entered this information correctly and selected "Reset Password" your password will be reset to the last 6 digits of your SSN. You will then be asked to change your password upon entering the Online Benefits Center.
